Free waitlist cancellation

You may leave the Rituala waitlist at any time by emailing siyuanz@mymirrorai.com from your registered email address, or by following the unsubscribe instructions in our launch messages. There is no cancellation fee.

Current returns and refunds

We do not currently take payments, paid orders or pre-orders, and we have not shipped products through this website. A waitlist registration therefore creates no purchase to refund and no physical item to return.

Before paid orders open

We will publish the applicable return window, eligibility conditions, refund process and timing, return shipping responsibilities, damaged-item procedure and cancellation terms before accepting orders. We will also identify the seller and a valid return contact. Please do not send parcels to our registered business addresses.

If you believe you have been charged in connection with this website, contact us with the date and a brief description. Do not email full card numbers, passwords or verification codes.
